have received payment of all dues owing to me till date from the company and no claim from my side
are pending with the company. I have received a sum of Rs ……………… /- by Cash in full and final
settlement of all my legal dues and unpaid salary dues from M/s. Solino Home Pvt. Ltd; Gala No 202,
Virwani Industrial Estate, B Wing, Near Western Express Highway, Goregaon (E), Mumbai – 400063.

In view of the above payment in full & final settlement, I shall not claim for re-instatement and / or re-
employment. I confirm that I have received all my dues of whatsoever nature and nothing is in balance
in cash or any kind.

The contents of the above were explained to me in my mother tongue- Hindi/Marathi and I understood
the same. I am accepting the contents of this settlement/receipt on my own free will and without any
external pressure
