CAREER OBJECTIVE
I am an energetic, ambitious person, who has developed a mature and responsible approach to any task I
undertake, or situation that i presented with. My principle about life is that no one in this life gets what they
think they will get. But if you work really hard and you are kind. Amazing things will happen.
I have less than one year of work experience in managing administrative tasks both in the project section
and the entire office, and have experience as a General Affairs officer. I also have an interest in the field of
procurement of goods and the field of import and export.

Project Support & General Affairs
Manage incoming and outgoing company letters, both in the form of contract documents, payments
and those related to tenders.
Manage and carry out the company asset control process, employee and client goods needs as well as
procurement procedures until completion.
Assisting the work of the Human Resources division such as the recruitment process until payroll is
completed, and the project division such as database management, carrying out the tender testing
process until the tender is completed.
Support in preparing employee pay slips, employee contract agreement & manage employee database.
Assisting the OHS division in making poster designs, creating the latest OHS documents and assisting
with the application of the OHS system to employees.
