Dear Sen. Robin,

Greetings from the Barangay Officials of Col. J.P Elises General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite.

We are writing the letter to formally request for (1) ambulance for our Barangay Col J. P
Elises Municipality of General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite.

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance emergency response services in our community,
we are in dire need of a new ambulance. The increasing demand for emergency medical
services has put a strain on our current resources, and we believe that with your support, we
can make a substantial difference in the lives of those who depend on our services.

An ambulance is a lifeline for our community, providing timely and crucial medical assistance
during emergencies. Unfortunately, due to budget constraints, we are unable to fund the
acquisition of a new ambulance on our own. The said Ambulance will be used for the
transport of patients to the nearest provincial or regional hospitals within Cavite or nearby
city especially on those patients who are in serious illness or injuries that need a immediate
response of Major Hospitals.

We are reaching out to compassionate and community-minded organizations such as yours,

seeking your support in the form of a donation towards the purchase of a new ambulance.
Your generous contribution will not only enable us to respond swiftly to medical emergencies
but also make a lasting impact on the well-being of the individuals we serve.
