Course Objective
This course introduces the students with the theories and practices of operations management. The
objective is to understand the tools and techniques of operations management for enhancing the firm’s
competitive advantages.
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the course the students will be able to: (a) Understand the roles/functions of operation
management in the context of business enterprise; (b) develop skills for solving operation
management problems.
