GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS
ANNUAL EXAMINATION
CLASS IX
1. All Examinations are mandatory for all the students.
2. Formal School uniform and ID card is a must during examination time.
3. The school timing will be from 8:00am to 2:00 pm.
a. Reading Time - 10:00 am to 10:15 am
b. Writing Time - 10:15 am to 1:15 pm
4. Only essential writing materials are allowed on the students’ desk. Please bring stationery in transparent
pouches and transparent water bottles for water.
a. Permitted Items
i. School Identity Card
ii. Stationery item i.e. Transparent Pouch, Geometry/Pencil Box, Writing Pad, Analogue
Watch and Transparent Water Bottles.
b. Barred Items
i. Any stationery item – such as textual material (printed or written), bits of papers.
ii. Any communication device – such as Mobile Phone, Digital watch Bluetooth, Earphones,
Microphone, Pager, Health Band, Camera, etc.
iii. Other items like Wallet, Goggles, Handbags etc.
iv. Any other item which could be used for unfair means.
5. Any unauthorized materials or devices found in students’ possession will be confiscated and student will
be liable to disciplinary action.
6. Students are not allowed to write anything on the question paper except their name and roll number.
7. Students should write their answers in blue ink only. Students can use pencil for making diagrams and
graphs. Make sure that students bring some spare pens.

A balanced approach and consistency will optimize exam preparation. Getting proper nutrition, exercising,
and managing stress is very important. It will reduce exam preparedness pressure and make the process of
examination easier.
