Dear Sir Mike,

I have been here in this company for almost three (3) months now, and I have learned a lot from that
period of time. I do admire and appreciate you, sir; you are a living inspiration to me. You are a good
mentor, and you guide me so well. I do respect you and the company you created, sir, and I want to
thank you for giving me a wonderful experience that I will surely not forget.

But due to personal circumstances, which is very embarassing to say because the first time we got to
talk, I was full of confidence and determination. There's a lot going on in my mind right now, sir; aside
from worrying about my mother's health, I am also starting to question my capabilities; I don't know
myself anymore, and I do know to myself that this industry, this job, is so much for me. I am not making
these excuses just so I can escape my responsibility in the company; what I am telling you, sir, is my
truth. I am sorry if I disappoint you, sir. I am also disappointed in myself.

I do not have anything against you, sir, or the company. I always respect you and the company, and I
never disrespect your name or the company. But due to my reasons, which I have mentioned, I feel that
I can no longer serve my function as a PHSS.

I hope you approve my resignation and my plea. Again, I am very sorry to disappoint you, sir.

Sincerely,

JIA CARIZZA B. PAGAYON
