With reference to your interview dated 08/02/2024, we are pleased to confirm our offer of employment to
you for the post of Admin (Website Management) as per the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Gross Salary Breakdown

The details of your employment are as follows:
With effect from the date of joining:
Basic salary – Dhs. 3000
Gross salary – Dhs. 3000

Visa status: Residence Visa (Spouse Sponsorship)

2. Leave: 30 calendar days of paid leave after completion of 12 calendar months of work.

3. Joining Expenses: Currently in Abu Dhabi, non-anticipated.

4. Probation period: You will be on probation for a period of 6 months effective from the
date of joining.
5. Notice Period for Termination of Contract: During your period of employment, either
party shall be entitled to terminate the said employment by giving one month's notice in
writing to the other or one-month pay in lieu of.
6. This offer of employment is valid subject to the following conditions;
a. Signed acceptance of this offer letter by employee
b. You are being declared medically fit.
c. The prevailing rules & regulations of the immigration department and UAE
labour law
d. Verification of original testimonials.
e. Joining date – 26/02/2024

You are required to sign this letter as acceptance of this offer for our record purposes and you are to provide
a copy of your passport, university education certificates attested together with 2 passport size photographs
to obtain the employment visa.

Should you rescind on this agreement after we obtain the employment visa for you, we would advise you of
the costs that we have incurred and you will be required to reimburse us the same.
