COURSE OBJECTIVE
The Corporate and Retail Banking course aims to equip students with a comprehensive
understanding of the principles, strategies, and operational dynamics in both corporate and retail
banking. By the course's culmination, participants will possess a profound comprehension of the
distinct functions, roles, and responsibilities inherent in these sectors. They will analyze and
evaluate a wide array of financial products and services offered, such as loans, deposits, credit
facilities, and investment products. Moreover, students will gain insights into risk management

Students won't have the option for make-up exams for the two mid-terms, but they can opt for an
improvement final exam. Standard evaluation and grading policy of the university will be strictly
followed.
