DOCTOR STRANGE: Apples, right?

WANDA: Eventually.

DOCTOR STRANGE: Hmm.

(SNIFFS)

WANDA: Sweet.

DOCTOR STRANGE: I was gonna say real.

WANDA: Oh, it’s all very real, thanks.

DOCTOR STRANGE: So I can see.

WANDA: Well, I waited for you the last few months, wanting to
discuss what happened at West view.

DOCTOR STRANGE: But you put things right in the end, and that was
never in doubt.

I am not interested in the West view.

WANDA: Then what are you here for?

DOCTOR STRANGE:Are you excited to help us?

WANDA: With what?

DOCTOR STRANGE: What do you know about the Multiverse?

WANDA: The Multiverse.

Vis showed me some theories years ago. Some of them are really
amazing.

DOCTOR STRANGE: Well, their theories were interesting, I

suppose.

We found a girl who can somehow travel across the Multiverse, but it has
been haunting her for the last few years.

WANDA: Pursued by who?

DOCTOR STRANGE: Some kind of demon.

She is very annoyed by that.

WANDA:Ah.

DOCTOR STRANGE: We’ve taken her to Kamar-Taj, and we’ve got our
defenses, but we have been looking for an Avenger since we found
her .

WANDA: There are other surprising Avengers.

DOCTOR STRANGE: Yeah, but given the choice between the archer
with the mohawk and several bug-themed crime fighters, or one of the
most powerful magic-wielders on the planet…

(LAUGHS)

WANDA:What if you brought America here?

DOCTOR STRANGE: Here?

WANDA: Yeah. They have been hunting me since I got abilities that
I never wanted, and I thought I could protect her.

(SUSPENSEFUL MUSIC PLAYS)

DOCTOR STRANGE: No.

WANDA:Mm.

DOCTOR STRANGE: No, I didn’t.

WANDA: You know, the Hex was the easy part.

(OMINOUS MUSIC PLAYING)

DOCTOR STRANGE: The Dark hold.

WANDA: You’re familiar with the Dark hold?

DOCTOR STRANGE: I know it’s the Book of the Damned, and that it
corrupts everything and everyone that it touches.I have been wondering
since when you have had it.
WANDA: The Dark hold has just shown me the truth. Everything I
lost can be mine again.

DOCTOR STRANGE: What do you want with America?

Has The Dark hold consumed you already?

WANDA: I’m going to leave this reality and go to one where I can be with
my children.

DOCTOR STRANGE: Wanda, they have never been real, you created
them using magic.

WANDA: That’s what every mother does.

If you knew there was a universe where you were happy, wouldn’t you
want to go there?

DOCTOR STRANGE: I am happy.

WANDA: I lived disappointingly in the last few years, I know what

it looks like.

DOCTOR STRANGE: What you’re doing is a flagrant violation of every

natural law, and if you take that child’s power, she won’t survive.

WANDA: I don’t relish hurting anyone, Stephen.

But she’s not a child.

She’s a supernatural being.

Such raw power could wreak havoc on this and other worlds.

Her sacrifice would be for the greater good.

DOCTOR STRANGE: Well, you can kiss the lunch box goodbye, ’cause
that’s the kind of justification our enemies use.

WANDA: Is it the one you used when you gave Thanos the Time Stone?

DOCTOR STRANGE: That was a war, and I did what I had to do.

WANDA: You broke the rules in 2019 and became a hero.

I have done the same before, and I became the enemy.

That doesn’t seem fair.

DOCTOR STRANGE: What happens now?

WANDA: Return to Kamar-Taj and prepare to hand over America
