In recent years, brain drain has become widespread in the general public.

This is a hot and global topic, especially in developing countries. The

following paragraphs will analyze more clearly the reasons as well as the
effects of this issue before some solutions are illustrated.

In fact, there are many important factors that lead to this situation. Firstly, the
salary is too low and not enough compared to the knowledge people put in.
Therefore, they want to work in developed countries because these
countries pay them much more money than their homeland. For example,
America is the most developed country in the world, they know how to attract
talented people from around the world. So, this country has a lot of famous
architecture from authors from many countries. Secondly, lack of
infrastructure in developing countries. The students study abroad in
developed countries and when they go back to their homeland to work. But
their country is a developing country so working in this place is not
demanding for their work. The result is they return to replace where they
studied.

To deal with the reasons, there are several solutions. To begin with, poor
countries should enhance the spirit of patriotism of citizens. Moreover, these
countries should increase salaries in industries that have developed for the
country such as science and doctors. Another solution is for the government
to focus on developing infrastructure. They should buy machines for different
fields. Talented people will have enough devices suitable for their specialized
needs and no need to work in other countries.

In conclusion, brain drain is a problem worth paying attention to in life, the

most important thing is to find appropriate and optimal solutions to minimize
negative consequences towards the good purpose of the community.
