Highlights of Career: -

1. Block development officer from 1984 to 1987. During this period worked for execution

of centrally sponsored poverty alleviation schemes- IRDP (Integrated rural development

Program), NREP (National rural employment program) and other rural development

schemes of Gov.

2. Worked as chief development officer/chief executive officer zila panchayat from 2013 to

2017. During this period worked as district head for implementation of all the schemes

sponsored by government of India, ministry of rural development such as NREGA,

NRLM, PMAY-G etc.

3. Worked as state consultant in social audit unit Uttar Pradesh from 2018 to 2022 an

organization established by government of India for transparency and accountability in

implementation of NREGA.
