2nd Floor of PVG Block at M.R.A.G.R. Govt. Polytechnic, Vizianagaram”. Tenders schedules were opened
on 10/11/2011 at 03.15 pm, and you are awarded the mentioned work as per the rules and your quoted
percentage.

Hence, You are requested to contact the Principal/Head of Civil Engg Section to enter in to the
Agreement with in 7 days from receipt of this letter, failing which your tender will be cancelled.
