REPORT TO ACCOMPANY THE ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK “Construction of
Lecturer Halls for 2nd Floorof P.V.G. Block at M.R.A.G.R. Govt.
Polytechnic, Vizianagaram.

ESTIMATE : : Rs. 9,99,994 /-

With the starting of Second Shift diploma courses for DCE and DME and also

with the introduction of new branch DEEE in the institute, the existing class rooms

in the Institute is not sufficient for the students. It is proposed to construct New

Class Rooms at 2nd Floor of PVG Block in the campus . Now estimates were prepared

for the Construction of Class Rooms at 2 nd floor of PVG Block. In this context The

commissioner of Technical Education , A.P. Hyderabad as accorded administrative

sanction to the Principal, MRAGR Govt. Polytechnic, Vizianagaram , for an amount

of Rs.10,00,000 vide Procs. No. K3/8333/2010 dated 27-08-2011 under 270- minor

works, 271- Other Expenditure Non-Plan, towards the “Construction of Lecturer

Halls for 2nd Floor of P.V.G. Block at M.R.A.G.R. Govt. Polytechnic, Vizianagaram”.

Accordingly an Estimate is prepared for the work.

The Estimate is prepared based on the current SSR for the year 2011-2012 and

the work will be carried out as per standard specifications of APSS
