I graduated with BSc Degree from Hawasa University Wondo Genet College of Forestry and
Natural Resources in the year 2006. And I accomplished three fourth of MSC course of
Integrated watershed Management program, again I will receive Masters Degree in social work
after a few months. I attended several short and long term professional trainings at national and
international level. (Kenya, Uganda and Italy) the major training aspects were
sustainable natural resource management and Geneder and development(GAD).up to TOT
level.

4. Achievements

99.6 % achievement in state and community forest development and protection in government
dept.[ Ghimbi and Kelem]

85% of famer trainees backed the theoretical session to practical exercise on their farm plot and
at homestead perfectly. (Ambo woreda Toke, Gorosole, and kolabakebeles)

Rural water supply plan 98% accomplishedfor the same kebeles to above
Education provision service improved from 46% to 98%as a result of participatory survey by
Social Accountability tools application for basic service quality survey of Asella town schools.
This enabled office Education to take second rank from the whole Oromia schools. Again while
we implement social Accountability program with SOS Sahel as a partner, we scrod best rank
out of NGOsparticipated in Social Accountability program at a national level, due to efficient
