 Attend a full course of CLTS training at the central or/and provincial level
 Identifying communities benefiting from the CLTS project
 Establish first contact with target communities
 Carry out regular community visits to ensure and encourage community members to
improve their hygiene conditions
 Doing the pre- triggering
 Doing the triggering
 Doing the post- triggering
 Creating FHAG (family health action group)
 Preparing action CLTS action plan
 Conducting hygiene training for the FHAG group
 Provide CLTS sessions to targeted communities and schools.
 Contacts and explain the activities and objectives of the CLTS program to stakeholders
and target populations.
 Inform and coordinate local authorities about all aspects of the program
 Mobilize communities to contribute to the implementation of the program.
 Work in collaboration with the stakeholders.
 Walk throughout the village and interact with all villagers facilitating a rapid change in
the attitude of villagers
 Conduct hygiene education sessions for the villagers inside the village or at the district
