Conducting of training and public awareness sessions to cities and districts of Sar
e Pul
Evaluating of needs of the training and public awareness sessions and preparing
materials according to the needs of training and public awareness sessions.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend a full course of CLTS training at the central or/and provincial level
Identifying communities benefiting from the CLTS project
Establish first contact with target communities
Carry out regular community visits to ensure and encourage community members to
improve their hygiene conditions
Doing the pre- triggering
Doing the triggering
Doing the post- triggering
Creating FHAG (family health action group)
Preparing action CLTS action plan
Conducting hygiene training for the FHAG group
Provide CLTS sessions to targeted communities and schools.
Contacts and explain the activities and objectives of the CLTS program to stakeholders
and target populations.
Inform and coordinate local authorities about all aspects of the program
Mobilize communities to contribute to the implementation of the program.
Work in collaboration with the stakeholders.
Walk throughout the village and interact with all villagers facilitating a rapid change in
the attitude of villagers

Provide technical advice to the villagers in building a sanitary latrine
Regular follow up from the communities they are triggered
