HYSIO/UNICEF Kunduz Province

Responsibilities:

 Provide psychological support (one on one or group counseling) to the project target groups
according to international principles and policies or other methodologies decided by the HYSI
organization.
 Assessment of IDP settlement for the establishment of child-friendly spaces.
 Assist in the development and provision of psychosocial activities to IDPs, UASC, GBV victims,
war-affected and other children at risk.
 Undertake the social investigation about each individual child case and ensure that all related
information is collected properly through reliable sources.
 Conduct training for the community on psychological child development and parenting skills, etc.
 Supervise and provide counseling training and technical counseling support to social workers,
volunteers, community structures, CFS facilitators directly involved with the psychosocial
component of the project.
