My passion as a doctor has always been improving the quality of life of my patients.

That was
my motto in medical school and that was the motivation behind starting my clinical practice.
But soon i realised, even if i try my whole life all my effort will be like a drop in the vast sea. As
the healthcare in bangladesh is century old analog slow and inefficient system.
So when my opportunity came as a form of “Esastho”, I jumped on the wagon. Not only the
concept of “Esastho” aligned with my passion, but also i found my co-founder’s dedication very
inspiring. I truely believe we, as a team, can have a positive impact on the progress of
Healthcare system.

What are your skillsets? What are you particularly good at?

My skillset are leadership, communication,ability to learn quickly and apply, counselling.

I am particularly good at leading a team to a common goal,as that is exactly what i have been
doing around 5 years. Also i know ins and outs of medical sector of bangladesh, so
understanding and communicating with both doctors and patients is my forte.
