Consequences
Since the wound was rather deep,
first aid was given there before
being sent to a neighbouring
hospital.
After cooking, perry was cleaning
the stove when she caught fire.
He suffered little burns on his
hand, forearms and elbows.
Right-side numbness affected
Philip’s physique. He was taken
to the hospital while
unresponsive.
Her leg bled as she was jogging
and after oedema developed after
applying the ice pack to the
swollen areas, she was sent to
the hospital.
Comments on hazards and
existing risk controls
Employees who are utilizing knife
should check its sharpness and
use it correctly to prevent such
problems in the future. Place the
knife back where it belongs after
the use.
If you want to clean a gas stove or
range, you must turn off the gas
before cleaning.
Never put wet hands in the plug to
prevent this since an electric
shock might result. The individual
using the electrical. Always keep
your hands dry.
Be always careful and just never
run in the office while the floor is
wet. The working space should
always have dry floor.

floor as it can cause slip and fall.
