Implementing sustainable waste management practices helps to help our environment. Then what is
sustainability? Sustainability is the one of the goal to keep our Earth safe enough. Sustainability helps to
maintain and support our Earth to be continuously have a well-balanced climate, and environmental
effects.

Theres a zero waste that helps to solve the waste issues which relates to this topic, and the goal of the zero
waste is to inspire the changing supply so that the any projects materials can be reused, or even recycled.

In Zero Waste, there are mainly 5 ways to achieve the Zero Waste which are: REDUCE, REFUSE,
REUSE, RECYCLE, and ROT. These 5 factors will support the zero waste which is implementing
sustainable waste management practice.

There are a lot of reasons that sustainable waste management is significant. As the main goal of the waste
management is to support and protect the environment, it will increase better water/air quality, it even
increases the biodiversity such as habitat protection for animals, and reduction of GHG which stands for
greenhouse gases.

Sustainable waste management practices also impacts to our environmental, social and even economic
impacts of waste. As it impacts to our economic, some reasons were that it can reduce pollution, prevents
the spread of diseases, and also to conserve natural resources. These reasons gives an opportunity to
create jobs and boost the local economics.
