The initiatives they take, the stories they tell and the work they
do is a testimony to their standing as women of power.

who inspire her progressive actions.

being an inspiration to the next generation of women with the belief that Maa is always
there with me.

Role of the brand:

Celebrating the Bengali Woman’s progressive actions, that elevate her to the status of
being the role model that inspires the next generation of progressive Bengali women

Bengal, who has adeptly etched her
identity not merely within one, but two
arduous domains: the cinematic realm
and the sphere of politics.

Whether confronted with the shackles of
gender stereotypes or the courage of
online vitriol, she fearlessly confronts the
myriad challenges that beset her daily
existence, staunchly advocating for the
amplification of her voice.
This year, Tanishq Pujo campaign endeavors to
honor the often-overlooked, yet remarkably
commendable, unheralded heroines hailing from

societal constraints and preconceived notions,
forging paths where none were previously
charted. They have ingeniously carved
opportunities for their own advancement in
domains previously unexplored.

These women are dedicated to the noble cause

of fostering a more harmonious world, one
