Quality 8-1 Purity and Appearance (1) Ot Residue in tubes must be 0.10 me/m or less Solid Residue in tubes must be 006 mg/m or less (2) Moisture condensation should not occur in the tubes. (2) No residue of harmful gas or bad odors should remsin in the tubes Inner and outer surfaces of the tubes must be clean. There should be no residue of oxides, dust. chips or oils on the tubes. The package heve to protect coils from damage or invasion of various material moisture, dust, ete) in transportation or storage, (2) Tubes should not be damaged in bending process due to infelicitousness of the packing style. (3) An example of packing style on pallet is shown in fig-2. (4) Pallet should be returnable. (Print “supplier name” or “logo mark” on the pallet surface) If itis reasonable (low cost) to use, one-way-palet is also acceptable. Crain drop, (8) Standard package style is “3 coils per pallet”. (©) Col should not protrude beyond the edge of the pallet (7) An examole of packing style for every single coll is shown in fig~3. (8 Standard style of coll winding is Ree-ies.
