2. Description:
2.1) On 28.Jun.2018 , DAV detected part no. 2P381655-1 NG : oil and dirt stick on
surface part ( This NG problem happend again )
2.2) Part No. 2P381655-1 with detail history as following: Oil and dirt stick
- 12.Apr : Inform NG information to DTLT supplier
• Carton box label:
- 12.Apr : DTLT feedback DAV by email and request DAV inform the cost for sorting
- 27.Apr : 1st - DAV send sorting result for DTLT
- 02.May: 2nd - DAV send sorting result for DTLT
- 06.Jun : DTLR feedback DAV corrective action report
- 28.Jun : NG problem happend again
3. SQG Request
3.1) Request supplier to check and do sorting in DAV & their warehouse and update result.
3.2) Analysis root-cause investigation & preventive action for next lots, why this problem
happen again ?
3.3) How to identify and control part which are already sorted by DTLT? (From which
shipment? How is the label…)
