Description:
ARTIC Manufactures Precast concrete Terrazzo Tiles in different shapes, sizes, color, textures and appearance.
Precast concrete Terrazzo Tile is manufactured normal standard Concrete on a hydraulically pressed automatic
machine. It is casted in two layers (Face layer and back layer), the face layer made up of Terrazzo and the back layer
made up of Normal concrete.

Size:
The size of the Terrazzo Tiles depends on the shapes. The thickness of face layer and back layer is equally half
from the total thickness.

Shape:
Terrazzo Tile is available in different shapes such as I shape, Square shape, octagonal shape etc.… Based on
these shapes the sizes varies.

Color:
Terrazzo Tile is available in all the standard colors such as Red, Light Red, Grey, Light Grey etc., with different
appearances, as mentioned in the Catalogue. Also, ARTIC provides the different color and appearance, as per the project
requirement after successful R&D trials.

Finish/ Texture:
Terrazzo Tile is available in different finishes such as Polished Terrazzo finish, Exposed aggregate Finish,
Smooth Mold Finish, Etching Finish.

Raw Material Specification:

Aggregates: Shall be Normal weight, Natural, Graded, Solid, Free from Clay, Alluvial, Organic impurities.
Standard: SASO 378, ASTM-C 33, BS 882, BS EN 12620
Sand/Powder: Natural, Clean, Free from Dust, Clay, & other Organic impurities.
Standard: SASO 378, ASTM-C 33, BS 882, BS EN 12620
Cement: Must be WPC (CEM 1-52.5N), OPC (type-1) SRC (Type-V), and Confirming to ASTM, BS and SASO
Standards.
Standards: SASO 143, ASTM- C 150, BS 12, BS EN197-1
Pigment: Synthetic iron Oxide, Comply with BS, ASTM Standard
Standard: SASO1029, ASTM C 979, BS 1014
Water: Potable Water, Clean, Free from salt & organic impurities, Deleterious matters.

Admixtures: Must be free from Chlorides and confirming to the standards

Mechanical Properties:
Flexural strength: The Flexural strength shall not be less than;
Average: 4 Mpa
