Purpose To assist his/her superior in providing accurate and timely support in Contract Administration activities

- To ensure that contract management and administration processes are in compliance with criteria of cost
effectiveness, transparency and in compliance with the NAOC's guidelines, ENI's code of ethics and Nigerian
Government laws and regulation.

- To be a liaison on activities between internal interface units, contract administration department in the overall
realization of contract administration and cost sustainability options.

- To participate in periodic contract administration and cost meetings with internal interfaces units.

- To support interface units to ensure that services entry sheets are prepared without delay and payments
made to contractors on time in line with the contractual terms.

- To prepare monthly reports on all projects carried out in order to determine the progress of such projects and
ensure conformity to stated standards.

- To participate in Contract Handover meetings when applicable in order to determine any critical issues in the
management of a contract.
Main Responsibilities
- To carry out Contractual documents verification (documentary checks on contractor and subcontractor).

- To support in verification of Subcontractor's documents for Contract Holder's authorization.

- To support in verification of Variation Order and Claims.

- To support Contract Holders in Contract Close-out verification according to established terms and conditions of
the Contract and Post Award Contract Management procedure.

- To assist his/her superiors in giving support to any of External and Internal Audits in relation to Post Award
Contract Administration.

- To monitor timely issuance of expected Feedbacks.

- To comply with the requirements of the different policies and procedures of the Company, applying the HSE
Integrated Management System and the HSE Management System Guidelines and providing proper HSE
conditions of work to everyone.

Required Qualifications A university degree

Required Experience Minimum 6 years working experience preferably in Contracts Administration related disciplines

- Must be computer literate


- prefrably possess knowledge of SAP
