MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO

FILE COUNTER-AFFIDAVIT

Undersigned Respondent, to this Honorable Office, respectfully states, that;

1. Respondent herein just received the copy of the aforementioned complaint last
February 19, 2024, hence, respondent unto this Honorable Office respectfully
moves for the extension of time to submit Counter-Affidavit and other
supporting documents and Affidavit of witnesses;
2. Undersigned respondent is still looking for a competent Legal Counsel to handle
his case and prepare the necessary Counter-Affidavit and the Affidavit of his
witnesses;
3. Herein respondent requests that he be given seven (7) days from today, 27
February 2024 or until 5 March 2024 to file his Counter-Affidavit and other
controverting evidences;
4. That this Motion is intended not to delay but is dictated solely by the foregoing
circumstances.

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is respectfully prayed to this Honorable Office that

undersigned respondent be granted an extension until 5 March 2024 to submit his Counter-
Affidavit and other controverting evidences.
