Project Objectives
 To ensure and maintain proper access, transportation, and user’s
circulation inside and outside the lot,
 The site must be flexible in terms of design with only few limitations that
may hinder the design process,
 To ensure that the building responds to the local climate and the
behaviors of the users in its location,
 To verify that the site can accommodate the students from inside and
outside the area,
 The site must also be ecologically friendly without any significant
damage to the surrounding environment.

Project Requirements
Spatial Requirements
 4 – Three- storey building for each department that can accommodate at
least 300 students each.
 Must have parking lot inside the campus for faculty member and
students.
 Must have multipurpose gymnasium that can be used for school events.
 Must have designate building for library.
Location & Accessibility
 Must be highly accessible by users of all types.
 Must be in close proximity to necessary establishment like medical
facilities, police station etc.
Environment
 Has the least hazards especially flooding,
 Has a secure neighborhood
Lot Size
 Must be 10,000 square meters to 15,000 square meters.
