Job title: Business Systems Analyst

Job Purpose:

TESTQ Technologies is a global IT, services and solutions company headquartered in the UK with strong operational base
in India and the US. Our offerings span a variety of industry sectors covering technical recruitment for our selected
clients, software development, software services like software testing, project management and business consulting.

This role requires a candidate to support our professional services division which specializes in technical recruitment.
Candidates are required to work from our office in Wakad, Pune following UK /Europe shift.

This role offers onsite opportunities to work from our UK office and provides leadership opportunities

Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):


 Work closely with executive management to achieve outcomes based on company goals by following standard
operating procedures.
 Interact with candidates from Europe, the UK and the US conducting various company processes like onboarding
them, fulfilling contract, and hiring paperwork.
 Articulate the client and candidate interactions into paperwork including email communication follow up.
 Create, update, and maintain the communication history in company systems.
 Should be able to execute and drive multiple internal business operations mapping, implementation, and
execution within the company including overall day-to-day business operations management for all the business
verticals, and Admin management for all entities.
 Ability to perform basic tasks in the areas of business analysis/software testing/IT support.
 Periodic system audits and system improvements
 Create and maintain clear and well-presented management reports.
 Customer-service approach and delivery focus.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]

 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills


 Strong attention to detail while maintaining the company system records.
 Excellent analytical skills, highly motivated, reliable, proactive with a positive attitude.
 High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems and applications
 Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
 Good interpersonal skills to work with different management levels.
 Strong business acumen
 Comfortable working in rotational Shifts from Office
 At least one to two years of experience in the following preferred: project management, software development
(not coding), customer service and support and key organizational processes like sales and marketing, admin,
finance, and HR.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any technology preferred


Salary: 3 to 4.2 LPA (Based on your interview and experiences)
Evaluation: CV and application review, written assessment, two rounds of interviews.
