“Good morning, my name is Theron Burton and I will be the pilot in command for this flight today.

We
will be underway after a short safety briefing. The Cessna 172 we are flying today has two exits, which
are the doors we entered through. They are opened by pulling up on the lever and pushing outward. In
case of an emergency, exit may also be possible by opening the door windows. Please keep your seat
belt & harness fastened at all times, however they can be released by pulling up on the lever. Air vents
are above you and are operated by rotating the knob. Please do not touch the flight controls and
remain quiet while taxing, taking off & landing. If you spot any aircraft traffic please point it out to me
by using the clock direction reference. If you feel uncomfortable at any time during the flight please let
me know immediately. Sick bags are located in the pockets behind the seats. Please take a moment to
look over the passenger briefing card while I finish preparing for the flight.

Our flight time today once airborne is approximately ___ hours and the weather should not be a
problem, please relax and enjoy the flight.”
