• Where can I see my target?
o You can check your target by going to the "My Biz" section of your app and clicking on "Smart Rewards"
• How are my targets decided?
o Targets are decided basis the gmv of buyers and their class (depending on how big the store is). We make sure to
keep the targets stable for our buyers beyond a certain threshold, not increasing or decreasing unless necessary
• What do I get if I achieve my target?
• Buyer is rewarded with Smart Reward points on their app, which they can use to redeem gifts such as silver
coin, gold coin, fridge, or even Flipkart vouchers!
• How do I redeem a gift?

• What all categories are included for the GMV target?
• All categories including grocery, FMCG and Fresh.
• If the buyer returns the order, then will it be counted in their target?
