Hereinafter called the landlady of the first part.

Smt. Bithi Das Goswami, w/o – Shyamal Kumar Goswami, aged about 44 yrs.,
by faith – Hindu, resident of Krishnapally, Malda English Bazar, Malda, Dist. –
Malda , West Bengal - 732101.
Hereinafter called the tenant of the second part.
