AGREEMENT FOR SALE

The Deed of Agreement for sale of property is made between Vendor and Vendee at
Bhubaneswar on 10thMay 2021. .

Name and address of the Vendor (1st Party):

M/s Sidheswar Infra Projects (P) Ltd situated at Plot No.64, Bhagabanpur, PO-Patrapada,PS
Khandagiri, Bhubaneswar, Dist Khurda represented through its Director Sri Durga Prasad
Mishra aged about 36 Years S/O Umesh Chandra Mishra by occupation Business and by
Caste Brahmin(herein after called as the Vendor) in respect of my Landed Property more fully
described in the schedule below. .

Sri Binaya Kumar Parida S/o Lingaraj Parida, aged about 30 Years a permanent resident of
Plot No.223/1138,Road No.4,Jagannath Nagar,Rasulgarh,Bhubaneswar-751025 by caste
Khandayat,By profession Service.

Total Area of Ac.0.080, Mouza Arisala Under Tahasil and PS - Jatni, Dist- Khurdha,Odisha

And
(ii) Mouza- Arisal, Khata No.92, Plot No.160/350(One Hundred Sixty by Three Hundred
Fifty), measuring an Area of Ac. 0.040(Forty) Decimals, Kisam- Sarad-III.Under
Tahasil and PS - Jatni, Dist- Khurdha,Odisha.

of Sri Durga Prasad Mishra, Director of M/s Sidheswar Infra Projects (P) Ltd aged
about 36 Years S/O Umesh Chandra Mishra, Plot No.64, Bhagabanpur, PO-

Amount of Considerati on: Rs.5,22,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs and Twenty two
Thousands) only.

Where as the vendor willfully and not being pressurized by any other person and is interested
to sale the Schedule property to the vendee on receipt of the consideration amount and the
vendee is willing to purchase the said schedule of property.

I, The vendor have received a sum of Rs.2,15,000(Rupees Two Lacs and Fift een
Thousand only as advance amount from the vendee through my Savings Bank
Account No.30852645899 of SBI, Kalinga Nagar Branch,Bhubaneswar.

Where as the Vendee is willing to pay the balance amount of Rs.3,07,000/- at the time of
registration.
