Where as the vendor willfully and not being pressurized by any other person and is interested
to sale the Schedule property to the vendee on receipt of the consideration amount and the
vendee is willing to purchase the said schedule of property.
I, The vendor have received a sum of Rs.2,15,000(Rupees Two Lacs and Fift een
Thousand only as advance amount from the vendee through my Savings Bank
Account No.30852645899 of SBI, Kalinga Nagar Branch,Bhubaneswar.
Where as the Vendee is willing to pay the balance amount of Rs.3,07,000/- at the time of
registration.
