EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 53, Series of 2022

AN ORDER PROVIDING TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO COMPONENT

BARANGAY ANTI-DRUG ABUSE COUNCIL (BADAC)

WHEREAS, the Constitution mandates that the government shall always promote
the quality of life of the people;

WHEREAS, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) issued
Memorandum Circular 98-227 and 2021-94 providing for the creation
and reorganization of the local anti-drug abuse councils (ADACs);

WHEREAS, component BADACs should be provided with technical assistance by

the MADAC to ensure that their duties and responsibilities as the first
line of defense against the proliferation of illegal drugs in the country;

WHEREAS, the Municipality of San Clemente deems it necessary to capacitate all

its twelve (12) barangays to empower the members of the BADAC in
providing reliable and timely information in relation to the
implementation of the Community-Based Rehabilitation Program
(CBRP);

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ELMA L. MACADAMIA, Municipal Mayor of San Clemente,

Tarlac, by virtue of the powers vested in me as Local Chief Executive,
hereby order the provision of technical assistance to the component
BADACs of the Municipality of San Clemente, Tarlac, and the
designation of the following LGU personnel and PNP to comprise the
Technical Support Team as follows:

1. Ms. Kristine Diane I. Flor, MSWDO;

2. Mr. Dandy J. Llaneza, Office of the MPDC;
3. San Clemente PNP Intel Group and Lady Personnel in Charge of
Women and Child Abuse.

This Executive Order shall take effect immediately.

Done this 5th day of October 2022, in the Municipality of San Clemente,
Province of Tarlac.
