Staff must be at least 13 years old.

They can not have safechat and must complete


an initial medical examination or assessment. Be medically fit to complete the
duties of their department. They must also approve the requirements for ELP
(English Language Proficiency) . It isn't permitted for flights with mobile devices
with a screen size of 7.5 inches. Staff must pass SEP training and maintain a high
degree of competence.
Are required to meet the standard levels of activity. Alert supervisors for a long
absence. They have to attend 4 flights each week except if they have a Leave of
Absence. They have to meet the physical and mental requirements to operate in their
capacity as staff members. If you don’t do 4 flights per week, you will receive a
disciplinary via eCrew. Staff must not operate if impeded by stress, anxiety,
panic or other mental conditions that may inhibit their performance at flights and
cause damage to their own mental health.

If you can’t attend 4 flights per week you must organise a Leave of Absence. You
will have to go to eCrew and use the LOA service. Specify:
Start and end date.
The reason for the Leave of Absence. It must be a valid reason.
They can ask you (base supervisor). If you don’t agree with them, contact European
Bases to review your decision.
Minor exam leave: 1-2 weeks
Majos: 1-4 months
Flu: 5-8 days (They can vary)
Holiday: 1-3 weeks.
Broken device: 1 week
Family issue: 1 week
Only 1 flight missing, report an absence (3 flights)

Chain of Command is used to decide who you should contact when you are in doubt.
Not skip to upper staff when you have an issue. Contact Base Supervisor first who
will escalate your issue in seniority if needed. Never disturb senior management.
Unless it is urgent. Raid, admin abuse etc.

Never escalate it ourselves unless intrusted by a supervisor. The Head of inflight
will resolve it.

eCrew is used to conduct reports and access LOA requests, disciplinary information
and more. Requires an authorised account. Staff can join it by joining the eCrew
WEB game by using a valid username and password. The login credentials will not
change. Contact Base Supervisor in case of issue.

When you logged in to it, use the sidebar to navigate to different electronics
services. Press the bell icon for notifications. Information about LOA requests and
disciplinaries. Upper staff has access to more services. Important to keep
passwords safe. Do not copy, steal, manipulate, overwhelm, spam or exploit its
services. Ensure that all content posted is professional.

1. Logged into eCrew, select the service you would like to use.
2. LOA SERVICE: reason, day of departure, arrival
DEPARTAMENT TRANSFER SERVICES: reason, current departament & preferred one. Confirm
information, ensuring it’s correct and press submit.

Disciplinary actions occur when one or more of the rules or regulations in this
manual. The Base Supervisor, responsible for detecting infringements, is able to
issue verbal and writing warnings in minor situations (grooming discrepancy). They
will also be in touch with European Bases Managers. In some situations (severals)
it may require a strike, demotion or dismissal. The Base Supervisor wil, alert the
European Bases Manager, who will refer to the Regional Head of Inflight.

-DISMISSAL: Regional Head of Inflight is able to dismiss a staff member if they
receive disciplinaries or have a valid reason to do so according to their operating
procedures. This is logged in eCrew and an electronic pdf will be given to the
dismissed staff informing about their actions.
