valuable time to respond to this research questionnaire. We are conducting a research on
Assessment of the psychological impact of the new 12th grade national leaving examination
administration on 2014 E.C exam takers in the case of Lideta Cathedral Catholic School.
All the information provided will be used for academic purposes and will be treated with at most
confidentiality. The result of this research shall be used for academic purpose and as an input for
Ministry of Education in Ethiopia.
Each of your genuine reply to the research questions is very important in assessing the
psychological impact of the new 12th grade national leaving examination administration on 2014
