This document is to accompany the Application Form for an Employment Licence. Applicants
are reminded that an Employment Licence is issued on the basis of the occupation and the
candidate’s suitability for the occupation. Jobsplus reserves the right to conduct inspections to
verify the above. False information or deployment on different work will lead to the revocation
of the Licence.

and exciting new beverages to our customers.

• To create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers needs and expectations.
• Attempt to limit problems related to customers excessive drinking by following
established procedures.
Essential duties What are the key duties that the employee will carry out? Please list
in order of importance.
(1) Greet customers and present beverage menus, make recommendations and
answer all related inquiries.
(2) Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age.
(3) Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers.
(4) Record drink orders accurately into register system.
(5) Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard
recipes.
Working Conditions Please describe the key elements of the prospective employee’s
working conditions, including monthly wage, hours of work per week,

Gross salary of €11,104.08 per year. Vacation & Sick Leave
Gross monthly wage: and Government Bonus according to the law.
Hours of work/week: Full time 40 Hours a week.
Duration of contract: Indefinite.
