Scope of position What is the main purpose of this job?


• A bartender is not a simple autonomous drink mixer he/she is the most important figure
in the Restaurant.
• Bartender is providing excellent service to guest that enters the Restaurant.
• Interact with the customer of restaurant and ensure they have a great experience at the
BAR.

• High-energy Bartender with excellent communication skills serve classical cocktails
and exciting new beverages to our customers.
• To provide an excellent guest drinking experience.
• To create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers needs and expectations.
• Attempt to limit problems related to customers excessive drinking by following
established procedures.

Essential duties What are the key duties that the employee will carry out? Please list
in order of importance.
(1) Greet customers and present beverage menus, make recommendations and
answer all related inquiries.
(2) Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age.
(3) Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers.
(4) Record drink orders accurately into register system.
(5) Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard
recipes.

(1) 0 Level standard of education.
(2) Must have excellent spoken and ability to read in Macedonian and English
