Terms & Conditions :-

Order Confirmation : We require formal purchase order with advance from you as per our quotation.
The amount must be written in foreign currency based on prevailing conversation rate.
Price : The above prices are CIF Riyadh Port.
Freight & Insurance : Transportation, loading and unloading charges are payable at actual by you. Unloading at
your end will be done by you at your cost. Our liability seizes once the goods are handed
over to the transporter.
Transportation charges will depend upon the type of transportation & INCO terms you have
chosen. Any specific documents, inland transport, transit insurance from Gujarat to your
plant and any other specific requirement will be charged extra.
Payment : 50% along with the purchase order and 50% after trial before delivery.

All payments shall be made in favour of Qualimark Machines Pvt. Ltd., Vadodara, Gujarat.
Payment must be transferred in our bank account in Foreign Currency from your local bank
account from your country and from the same account in which you would like to generate
export invoice.

All the intermediate foreign bank charges to be paid by the applicant (customer). Kindly
select foreign bank charges type “OURS” and proceed the payment.

Installation : The machines are very simple in working. It is largely plug and play type in nature, just
requires a certain parameter setting which you can do on your own and we can also help you
to do so over the phone.
Installation of the machine can be also done by our service engineer if required, once the
machine is placed in your company.
In case it is done by our service engineer, You have to either arrange or pay for lodging,
boarding and travelling for our service engineer.
If the service engineer returns due to non-readiness of the site or any required electrical or
power installation in spite of your confirmation for readiness then the next visit will be on
chargeable basis.
Stabilize voltage is necessary for all our machines. Any problem arises or components fail or
damages due to any issues related to power then it will not be covered under warranty and
will be on chargeable basis.
Warranty : The equipment is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from
the date of dispatch. Manufacturer’s standard warranty clause shall be applicable.
The warranty does not apply to the items of normal wear and tear, Pressing Plate, Teflon &
Ceramic Coating, Teflon Belt, Recycle Belt, Teflon Paper, Electrical items like Heater, Sensor,
Temperature Controller, SSR, LED, SMPS or Power Supply, Contactor, Timers, Wires and
Rubber Parts.
Client will be fully responsible for any physical damage to the machine and will not be
considered under warranty.
During the warranty period service charge will not be levied, only you have to either arrange
or pay for lodging, boarding and travelling for our service engineer.

After the warranty period is over, you will have to pay the service charge on daily basis at the
prevailing rate at the time of service and above mentioned charges.
In case of replacement of warranty parts, freight will be to the account of customers.
Delivery : 30-60 days, subject to the receipt of your confirmed, technically and commercially clear
purchase order along with the necessary advance payment.
Force Majeure: Delivery, start up and commissioning shall subject to force majeure
conditions.
Validity : Validity of this quotation is 30 days from the date of receipt of this quotation.
Once the order for the machine is placed, it will not be cancelled for any reason whatsoever.
In case of cancel, the entire amount of the advance will be forfeited.
Arbitration & : All terms are subject to Vadodara Jurisdiction.
Jurisdiction We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
