3. Create an outline of your team contract,
4. Submission of outline will be on April 1, 2024,
5. It will be a group report, encoded in an A4 bond paper, and
6. It will be return for corrections for the final draft of your team contract.

 This challenge encourages groups to establish norms and structures, fostering understanding
of group dynamics,
 Conducting a Team Contract Development activity involves guiding groups of individuals to
