III. Project Description: Victory in Unity - PBYM Sportsfest 2024

Theme: "Victory in Unity"

Date: April 13 and 27, 2024

Games and Activities: Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Game of the Generals, Chess,
Scrabble, Word Factory

Integration of Theme: Throughout the event, the theme of "Victory in Unity" will be emphasized through
various means, including opening and closing ceremonies, team uniforms, displays of sportsmanship,
and post-game reflections.

IV. Budget and Registration Process

Deadline: Registration deadline will be communicated in advance.

Fees: Registration fee of Php 50 per participant.

Process: Participants can register online or in-person by completing a registration form and submitting
the registration fee. Confirmation will be provided upon successful registration.

Utilization of Fees: Registration fees will cover venue rental, equipment and supplies, logistics,
refreshments, and other event-related expenses.
