The mission of Long Beach Polytechnic High School’s Students of Long Beach Polytechnic have
counseling program is to create an inclusive and graduated high school and college and have

Decreasing Chronic Absenteeism
By June 1 2024, Pacific Islander students’ grades (9-12) with 7
or more absences will decrease by 28% from 36 students to
26 students for 2023-2024.

Increasing English Language Proficiency status

By June 1, 2024, English Learner (EL) students will increase


their English Language Proficiency status by 26% from 54 to 68
students for 2023-2024.
