 • For this assignment, students are asked to introduce themselves to the class through
recording, editing, and uploading a video to YouTube.
• The video should be 2-5 minutes in length.
• Introduction requirements include:
• What is your name?

Assignment: • What is your major?

• What city are you from?

YouTube • What is your Classification (Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or

Senior)?

Video
• What are your goals for this course?
• What are your goals regarding your future career?
• Describe your feelings towards this course (ex. Excited, nervous,

Introduction curious, etc.).

• The presentation requires a minimum of three interesting facts about
yourself. Some suggestions includes:
• Do you have any pets?
• Do you have any siblings? Or are you an only child?
• What is your favorite color?
• Do you have any hobbies?
• You must share your presentation to YouTube. For the purpose of this
assignment, you can share it “unlisted” this means that only those who
have access to the link will be able to view the video.
• You will then add your video to the classroom’s playlist.
• Following, you will watch and comment on (2) peer’s videos.

This presentation can either be narrated or If you choose to use background music, it must come
captioned with background music. from a copyright free source that is free for use.

You can include personal pictures,

www.Youtube.com and click the profile icon on the

YouTube right top corner.

• Then, click “Upload video.”

• Once you completed all of the steps above, this task is now complete.
• Remember to:
• Rewatch your video to ensure that it uploaded properly.
• Check that you selected the appropriate selection for the visibility of the video
(either public or unlisted) so others are able to view it.
• Check that you added the video to the playlist so that your classmates are able to
view it.
• Watch and interact with at least (2) of your classmate's videos in the playlist.
