Explain what child and adolescence development is?

Child and adolescent development refers to the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth and changes that occur in
individuals from birth through adolescence. Child development is all about how kids grow physically, learn, and get along with
others from when they're born until around age 12. Adolescent development is like the teenage years, from around 12 to 18.
It's when you go through puberty, figure out who you are, and start wanting more independence while dealing with school,
friends, and emotions. Understanding child and adolescent development is crucial for parents, educators, healthcare
professionals, and policymakers to support and nurture the growth of young individuals in a holistic manner, addressing their
physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs at each stage of development.
