I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally request your understanding and
consideration for I will not be able to attend your class today March 14,2024. Unfortunately, I
had to be absent due to an important matter that required my immediate attention. (I had to be
absent due to the reason that I’ll be claiming the provincial educational assistance scheduled
today.).

I’ll try to return to school as soon as circumstances permits.
