SERVED AS JOURNALISM COACH

Being an adviser for the school paper is an incredibly rewarding


and fulfilling role. As an educator, it gives me the opportunity to guide
and inspire young minds.
One of the most satisfying aspects of being a school paper adviser
is witnessing the growth and development of the student journalists. I get
to see them evolve from hesitant writers to confident reporters, learning
to ask critical questions and conduct research.
As an adviser, I encourage creativity and originality, empowering
my students to express their unique voices through their writing.
Moreover, I strive to instill in my students a strong sense of
journalistic ethics and responsibility.
Being the adviser of the school paper also means being a mentor
and a listener. I am there to provide constructive feedback, assist with
the writing process.

As an adviser of the campus journalism in our school makes me


proud seeing them slowly achieving their dreams to be a journalist and
to give name in our school. It is pride that I have been producing an
excellent product of our school.

HEALTH AND WELNESS COORDINATOR

Being the Coordinator of health and wellness, I was able to create


a healthy and flexible living both to the community and to our school.
Health and Wellness includes social connectedness, exercise,
nutrition, sleep and mindfulness. Each one has an impact on your
physical and mental health. By making simple and healthy choice on a
daily basis, you will be well on your way towards reducing stress, having
positive social interactions and achieving optimal wellness.
As the Coordinator for Health and Wellness, I encourage everyone
to have a healthy living to create a healthy life. I dream to each individual
to be physically fit by applying the knowledge and skills that I have instill
in their mind just like proper diet, exercise and proper eating of hea
lthy foods.
Moreover, I strive hard to be able to manage the community to
apply what I have instill in their minds.
SPEAKER: LAC SESSION
Being a speaker focused on giving and gathering feedback and strategies on
learner-centered pedagogy is both an enriching and collaborative experience. As an
advocate for learner-centered approaches, my goal is to foster a positive and
empowering learning environment for both educators and students.
When giving feedback, I emphasize the importance of constructive and specific
comments that focus on individual growth and improvement. Encouraging teachers
to provide feedback that is tailored to each student's needs helps create a supportive
atmosphere where learners feel valued and motivated to excel.
Additionally, I highlight the significance of creating a feedback loop, where students
are encouraged to share their thoughts and insights on the learning process. By
involving students in the feedback process, we promote a sense of ownership and
responsibility for their education, leading to increased engagement and self-directed
learning.
During my sessions, I also encourage educators to share successful strategies for
implementing learner-centered pedagogy in their classrooms. This collaborative

Being a speaker on teaching reading and assessment is an incredibly fulfilling and
important role. As an educator, I have the opportunity to share my knowledge,
experiences, and insights with fellow teachers who are dedicated to helping pupils
become proficient readers.
During my presentations, I emphasize the significance of cultivating a love for
reading in students from an early age. I discuss various engaging and effective
teaching strategies, such as interactive read-alouds, shared reading, and guided
reading, which promote literacy development and foster a lifelong passion for books.
Additionally, I delve into the importance of using various assessment tools and
methods to gaugepupils’ reading progress accurately. By employing formative and
summative assessments, teachers can identify strengths and areas for improvement,
allowing them to tailor instruction to meet individual pupils' needs.
I also stress the significance of creating a supportive and inclusive learning
environment, where all pupils feel valued and empowered to express themselves

OBSERVE CLASSES
Observing classes of co-teachers has been an eye-opening and enriching
experience. As an educator, it's essential to support our colleagues and collaborate
to create an inclusive and effective learning environment for all students.
During my observations, I noticed some areas where co-teachers could benefit from
additional assistance. For instance, I observed a need for differentiating instruction to
cater to diverse learning needs. By incorporating various teaching strategies and
adapting materials, we can better engage and reach every student, regardless of
their learning styles or abilities.
Additionally, I noticed that some co-teachers could benefit from additional support in
managing classroom behavior. Implementing positive reinforcement techniques and
consistent discipline strategies can foster a more positive and focused learning
environment for students.
I also observed instances where co-teachers could enhance their use of technology
to facilitate learning. Integrating educational apps, interactive presentations, and
digital resources can make lessons more engaging and impactful for students.
Furthermore, providing co-teachers with resources and professional development
opportunities related to teaching reading, assessment, and other subject-specific
skills can further enhance their instructional practices.
As a colleague, I believe in offering constructive feedback and support, rather than
criticism. I intend to share my observations with co-teachers in a respectful and
collaborative manner, focusing on their strengths while suggesting areas of

learning within our teaching community.
