SCIENCE CLUB RULES AND REGULATIONS

Membership Eligibility:
 Membership is open to all students who have a keen interest in science.
 All members must be enrolled in the school.
Code of Conduct:
 Members must conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all
club events and meetings.
 Respect for fellow members, club advisors, and guests is paramount.
 Any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated.
Attendance:
 Regular attendance at club meetings is encouraged.
 Members are expected to notify club officers or advisors in advance if they are
unable to attend a meeting.
Participation:
 Active participation in club activities, discussions, and projects is expected from all
members.
 Members are encouraged to share ideas, contribute to discussions, and collaborate
with peers.
Club Leadership:
 Club officers are elected by members and are responsible for organizing meetings,
coordinating activities, and representing the club.
 Officers must uphold the values of the club and serve as role models for other
members.
Adherence to School Policies:
 All club activities must comply with the policies and regulations of the school or
institution hosting the Science Club.
 Approval must be obtained from appropriate school authorities for off-campus
events or activities.
Amendment of Rules:
 These rules and regulations may be amended by a majority vote of club members,
with approval from club advisors.
Disciplinary Action:
  Violation of club rules may result in disciplinary action, including warnings,
temporary suspension, or expulsion from the club, depending on the severity of the
offense.
 Decisions regarding disciplinary action will be made by club officers in
consultation with club advisors.

By adhering to these rules and regulations, members of the Science Club can foster a supportive
and enriching environment for exploring their passion for science and learning collaboratively.
