client, contractors, 3rd party organizations & other project stake holders on
the project.

overall quality control & safety of the project, provide advises and
suggestions to improve quality control processes & safety at construction
site and assist project manager to achieve the target in accordance to
Quality Management Processes & established Project Quality & Safety Plan
➢ Maintains and updates work schedules, planning and other informative
control system in monitoring the projects progress. Identify and report on
issues that may affect the work priorities, quality, safety, schedules & costs.
➢ Preparations of all documents, attend & witness & verify all materials & work
inspections & testing requirements in timely manner related to quality, safety
& environmental issues with the client, 3rd parties, authorities, and contractor
for all on-site & off-site activities; and ensure delivery of package is free from
defects & physical complaint & in accordance with project, authority &
regulatory requirements, standards & specifications.
➢ Raised Non-Conformance & Field/Site Observation Reports to concerned
parties that the work or materials must be re-tested, remedied, rectified or
removed, as appropriate for closing out of the issue.
➢ Conduct & prepare Quality & Safety Audit Inspection & Reports on-site & off-
site works.
➢ Maintains project documents records, progress photos, deficiency lists
(monitoring reports, internal audits, NCRs, SORs, and Snags) and discuss
issues or corrections required in appropriate methods; retains QA files and
documents results of all inspections and test records and confirming the
accuracy; ensuring all documents are readily & if required in view of the
development of events.
➢ Conduct independent follow-up quality assurance & safety inspections and
communicate deficiencies or any significant issues identified to proper
officials. Reports any failing or ‘borderline’ work activities & material testing
results & reports immediately for escalation. Liaising with the manager or to
contractor to flag and rectify any issue that may affect the quality of work
and materials.
➢ Give prior intimation to proper official on the project about the expiry &
renewal of any materials, operation & maintenance certificates, measuring
instruments, tools or equipment in timely manner before its due date arrival.
➢ Plan and review engineering activity, provide support on technical issues,
establish measures for process performance.
➢ Check & ensure effective coordination between discipline related works &
all other disciplines within the project scope.
➢ Design and develop forms and instructions for evaluating, assessing,
reporting, and documenting on quality standards. Identify any need for
training & evaluate any training received for its effectiveness.
➢ Research and study methods to address project’s quality control & safety
issues.
➢ Evaluates and helps reconciles variation orders and billings, proposals and
other documents and procedures as it pertains to quality assurance and
