 CONCLUSION

It is the great experience to take industrial training. The industrial training is very
advantageous for the students.

This training helps to understand the basic concepts about the industry. It is most
sharpening our theoretical concepts through the practical point of view.

During this period, the students become aware of the problems faced in the plant
and a real so aware of the industrial atmosphere and also with industrial people.

The most important thing, which I have learnt in the plant training, is industrial
disciplines which increase our mind concentration. Another thing I learnt is how
theoretical knowledge is applied to practical & what the temperature of that of
theoretical knowledge.

All the workers have joined hand to hand for achievement of Industry. The success
of their industry is the result of efficiency of management, efforts of employees
and their good co-ordination.

In short, the industrial training gives the student a clear concept about the overall
industrial behavior, which is actual future field.
