networking in the state of Goa.

In view of the above, the Head of the concerned Departments and the Nodal
otficers / In-charge of concerned Department are requested to provide necessary

assistance and inputs to the team.

Further, in order to proactively monitor the network and provide resolution in

a time bound manner, this Department has setup a dedicated helpdesk. The details of
the helpdesk are as follows:

strictly follow the following levels of escalation matrix in the ascending order.
