1. In reference above, the undersigned PNCO respectfully request for

Privilege Pass effective 23 1200H to 25 1200H March 2024 to proceed to Gandara
Samar purposely to family visit.

2. Rest assured that I will continue to abide the rules and regulations of
the PNP while on pass and the reasons aforementioned are made with good intentions
and does not mean to malinger or elude my duties and responsibilities as police officer.
