about 11:00 am of May 28, 2020 recorded by PEMS RIZALINO BELTRAN.

FOR RECORD:

Complainant Ms. Marie Q. Perason, 42 years old, Admin Officer, representative

of Xylo Corporation, engaged in trading business and with office address at Unit 8,
Burgandy Tower, Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, claimed that their employee named Li,
Naifeng, 24 years old, Chinese National holder of passport no: E90863260, took with
intent to gain company money ready to be deposited in the bank in the amount of Php
1, 845, 000.00.

As of this time, above-named suspect was nowhere to be found in his rented

apartment and failed to return the amount despite repeated demands.

Complainant requested this incident to put into record for future reference.
