I am very pleased to offer you the position of Special Educator in the SEN department at the inclusive
project of “MOTIVATION PSYCHOLOGIST PRIVATE LIMITED” currently running at a School in Noida.
Your appointment will be effective from 03.07.2023 and the terms and conditions of this offer are as
follows:

Job Title

Your title will be Special Educator, and you will report to the Company's Founder.

Compensation/Salary

We are happy to appoint you as a Special Educator with our company Motivation Psychologist Private
Limited at a monthly stipend of Rs.18000/- with effect from 03-07-2023 for a fixed period of
employment. On the gross salary, 12% will be deducted as security amount i.e Rs.2160 for the duration of
one month. If the employee is not suitable or easily adaptive with their efficient work then candidate will
be forced to leave the organization.
Working schedule

This is a full-time position requiring approximately 24 days per month. The regular timings are 7.45 A.M
to 3:00 P.M including two Saturdays are working

Workload

The workload will be given as mutually discussed, which will be in the schools that are affiliated with the
organization, home visits, online mode or at the center in NOIDA.

Employment Relationship

Employment with the Organization is minimum one year of contract period. Your employment with the
Organization will be "at will,' meaning that either you or the Organization may terminate your
employment at any time and for any reason, with or without cause with a notice period of 1 month.
Without notice if employee leaves the company, then the employee must pay 2 months of their salary
as a penalty. In such an occurrence the employee will not be entitled to avail experience letter, relieving
letter and past pay-slips from the company.

Any contrary representations that may have been made to you are superseded by this letter agreement.
This is the full and complete agreement between you and the organization on this term. Although your
job duties, title, compensation, and benefits, may change from time to time depending upon on your
performance in your job.

Please sign the enclosed copy of this letter and return it to the HR within three days after receiving to
indicate your acceptance of this appointment.
